This means they won’t be exactly the same, and there might be slight differences in color, texture, or small imperfections. These differences make each item special and are not considered defects.

Return Policy

Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within the allowed timeframe after delivery of the product.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for damaged products during transit, incorrect items delivered, or manufacturer defects.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received with original packaging.
  • Items are refundable only if the product is damaged or broken.
  • Customers are advised to record a full unboxing video showing a 360° view of the package.
  • The video must clearly show the damage during opening; videos recorded after opening will not be accepted.

Refusal of Refund

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the delivered goods are undamaged, match the order specifications, or if the return request is not justified.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support and email a video or photo of the issue to kih@kihbrand.com along with your order number. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. After inspection, the return process will proceed if the issue is confirmed.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for damaged products or incorrect items delivered.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request.
  • Customers must contact support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The returned product must be in original packaging and condition.
  • Once inspected, a replacement will be provided if the defect is confirmed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 days after inspection at the warehouse.
  • For refused delivery orders, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
  • Products purchased during sales or discounts are not eligible for returns but may qualify for replacement if defective.
  • Refunds will only be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
