Cancellation & Refund Policy

At kihbrand.com, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Eligibility

• 12 Hours Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
• Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please send an email to kih@ksiindiahardicrafts.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
• Order Not Yet Shipped: If the order has not been processed for shipping within 12 hours, it can be cancelled without any charges.
• Order Already Shipped: If the order has already been shipped, a 3% payment processing fee and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

• Payment Processing Fee: If a refund is issued after payment has been processed, a 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted.
• Shipping Charges: If the order has already been shipped, both forward and return shipping charges will be deducted.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the product is received back at our warehouse.
• Refund Initiation: Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days.
• Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
