Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At ksiindiahandicrafts.com, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel an order or seek a refund. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

Eligibility:

  • Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours after placing the order, provided the order has not been processed for shipping.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please email us at kih@ksiindiahandicrafts.com within stipulated 12-hour window. In your email, kindly provide us with reasons for the cancellation.
  • Shipping Order Processing: If your order has not been processed for shipping within the 12-hour cancellation window, we will cancel your order without any charges.
  • Cancellation After Shipping: In the event that your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel it, a processing fee of 3% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, any incurred freight costs for the return of the shipment will also be deducted.

Refund Processing:

  • Cancellation can be initiated before payment is made. If the order is cancelled after payment is made, we will deduct payment processing charges of 3%.
  • If the goods have already been shipped and you choose to cancel the order, both side shipping charges will also be deducted along with payment processing charges.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction.
  • Upon receiving the products back at our warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days. Please note that depending on the nature of the orders, additional processing charges might be deducted.
  • For orders refused by the customer upon delivery, refunds will be issued after deducting a 20% restocking fee.
