This means they won’t be exactly the same, and there might be slight differences in color, texture, or small imperfections. But don’t worry, these differences are what make each item special and aren’t considered defects.

Return Policy:
Timeframe:
Our return and refund policy extends for 7 days from the date of delivery. Please notify us within this timeframe regarding any concerns with your received goods.
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted for damaged products in transit, for incorrect items delivered, or for products with manufacturer defects. In such instances, we will cover the return shipping charges.
- Additionally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items are only refundable if the product is damaged or broken.
- It is advised to make a video while opening the packaging. The Video made shall show a 360-degree view of the item received while opening the package carefully. We accept returns upon production of such video and good quality pics of products if the return request is raised within 7 days of delivery of your order under the following situations. It should be a single video with no cuts or edits.
- The video should clearly show that the product was damaged on delivery. Video made after opening the package will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Refusal of Refund:
We retain the right to decline a refund if the delivered goods are undamaged and match the order specifications, or if the return request is deemed to be unsubstantiated.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and email us a video or photo of the issue at kih@ksiindiahandicrafts.com, along with your order number. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Please use your preferred courier service for the return shipment. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with the return process if the issue is confirmed. Please note that the return policy is applied only after we receive the physical product at the following address with the proper invoice copy from you.

Exchange Policy:
Eligibility: We offer exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the wrong item is received, with shipping charges covered by us in both cases.
Recording Unboxing Video: It’s crucial to record an unboxing video of the package upon receipt as proof for any returns or replacements; without this video, we cannot initiate returns or refunds.
Initiating Exchange: To begin an exchange, customers must promptly contact our customer service team and submit a video or photo of the defect via email to kih@ksiindiahandicrafts.com, along with details of the issue and order number within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return Conditions: The returned product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
Replacement Process: Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement will be provided if the defect is confirmed.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Once the products are received back at the warehouse, refunds will be initiated within 2-3 days. Please note that processing charges may be deducted depending on the orders.
- For refused delivery orders by customers, refunds will be issued after deducting a 20% restocking fee. Orders placed during sales or with discounts are not eligible for returns; they can only be covered under the replacement policy in case of damages or defects.
- In genuine cases, the company will refund payment for damaged and/or defective products only. For wrong products delivered, the company will either replace the product with the correct one or issue a refund for the wrong product delivered.
